Chapter 9 Maintenance Using nV-Tool
■ FL654A's calendar/time setting by master station
This function is to set the FL654A's calendar/time from one of the master stations.
Calendar/time setting can be made only when the operation setting switch bit 8 is set to ON.
The operation on the master station side, FL654A side is shown below.
Master
Preparation: One of the master stations registers the area concerned in the talker block of
station
the local station.

User application (per scan):
･Copies the values of SW [16] to SW [21] to addresses 01F9h to 01FEh.
･Stores the result of adding the year to second values in address 01FFh.
FL654A
Updates the calendar/time when the following conditions have been met:
･The scan healthy map of the area concerned is normal,

･The added value of calendar/time data agrees with the value in address 01FFh,
･Check on the range of calendar data values resulted in successful, and
･The timing of updating the calendar is at system startup and once a day, or at 7:00 a.m.

Calendar/time data is stored in the low-order bits of 16-bit data in BCD codes.
The addition result of 01FFh stores the result of simply adding 16-bit binary values stored in
addresses 01F9h to 01FEh.
