Make the dough according
to
instructions on
P.1-9. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.

Divide each dough into 3 equal portions. Roll
each portion into a smooth
rope.

Pinch ropes together at top, braid loosely and
pinch ends to
seal,
tucking them underneath.

Place
on
a greased baking pan. Spray
water
on top.
Proof at 90°F
for
60 minutes or until
nearly
doubled.

Brush with beaten egg.

Bake
in
350°F oven for about
15
minutes
or
until golden
brown.

Make the dough

Divide the dough
into
12 equal portions. Workir
with one portion at a time,
wrap
raisins with
each
dough.

Shape
into a smooth
ball
by
gently rolling
between
your
palms.

Place
on a
greased baking
pan.
Spray
water
on
top. Proof at 90°F for 60 minutes
or until
nearly
doubled.

Brush
with beaten egg and
sprinkle
with
sliced almonds.

Bake
in
350~
oven for about 15 minutes or
until
golden brown.
