Click the [Browse] button, and then select the CSV file that you created in procedure 1.

Select the check boxes for the rows that you want to publish, and then click the [OK] button.

For [Volume Label] select the column name that has the volume label for the data file that
you want to merge, and for [Write data] select the column name that has the full path, and
then click the [OK] button.
