The DevKit16 FLASH Programming Tool is a standalone tool
that can be used to program both the external FLASH
(256kB) located on the Mainboard and internal FLASH
(128kB) provided by the MB90F543 CPU.

When the PC↔DevKit16 communication uses the Mainboard FPGA UART,
