Configuring a message variable for sending a channel

This message variable must be created and configured for each channel of a module.
Ensure you select the correct buffer when setting the "Source Element" and "Destination
Element" parameters.
The message variable for sending Ethernet/IP telegrams ("MSG_WRITE" parameter)
must be structured as follows

4.4.3

Creating a parameter variable (RF18xC/RF18xCI)

These variables allow you to configure the modules and their channels. The variable
must be of the "IID_PARAMETER_RF18XC" type and is required for the "Param_RF18xC"
instruction. To do this, create the variable and supply the individual parameters of this
variable with the corresponding values. The parameter values of these variables are
described in the following tables.
The RF18xC/RF18xCI communication modules are available in several device versions
which differ, among other things, in the number of reader interfaces (channels):
• RF185C: 1 channel
• RF186C: 2 channels
• RF188C: 4 channels
• RF186CI: 2 channels + DI/DO
• RF188CI: 4 channels + DI/DO
