5 Common Faults and Troubleshooting Measures
Solution
Identify the leakage point of the pipeline. Drain the
refrigerant, and weld the leaking point. Then, charge
nitrogen into the pipeline, preserve the pressure to
verify the air tightness, vacuumize the pipeline, and
then fill refrigerant.
Solution
● If a group of intelligent heat exchangers fails to
start, possibly the upstream power supply is
abnormal. Check the cable connections between
the upstream power cabinet and the intelligent
heat exchangers.
● If a single intelligent heat exchanger fails to start,
check whether the corresponding circuit breaker
in the power cabinet has tripped. If not, check
whether the power cabinet works properly. If the
circuit breaker does not trip and the power
cabinet works properly, check the cable
connections to the intelligent heat exchanger.
● If the power supply is normal, the mainboard
may be burnt. If so, replace the equipment with a
new one.
