This function erases one track at a time.
® To erase all tracks, use the ALL ERASE function described on the following page.
Erasing One Track at a Time (ERASE Function)
Playback the track you want to erase and engage Pause status.
® Playback the track you want to erase and
press the [>0I key, engaging Pause status.
Ws
@ Press the EDIT/AUTO MARK/TIME MARK key
repeatedly until "ERASE" is dispiayed.
A confirmatory message regarding
whether or not the track should be erased
is displayed.
® To cancel the operation, press the Ml (OFF)
key.
Press the ENTER/SYNCHRO REC key again.
® The track is erased and the Stop status is
engaged at the start of the next track.
@To erase another track, repeat Steps
to 4 | :
®@ Each subsequent track number is increased
by one.
When editing has been completed, press the M(OFF) key and turn the power off.
The TOC will be recorded.
Once erased, a track cannot be restored; make sure you want to erase the
a track, therefore, before erasing it.
