Make the pressure of the lower edge control roller stronger than the value at the time of shipment from the factory.

(1) Use a tool (Allen key with 2.5 mm width across flats) to loosen the two bolts C.
(2) Lower the plate D which is secured by a spring to its lowest position.
(3) Tighten the two bolts which were loosened in step 1.

5.4 Setting glue thickness

Set the thickness to match the cloth being glued.
When the thickness of the glue is increased, the adhesion force increases, but the area being glued will tend to become stiffer.
At the home screen, select the program number that you would like to change.

The display will change.
The thickness can be adjusted to between 50 µm and 200 µm.
The initial value is 80 µm.
Adjust it if required.
If the glue is too thin, peeling will occur (because of insufficient adhesion strength), and if the application is done
poorly or the glue is too think, the glue may seep out and protrude from the cloth.
