11 PART REPLACEMENT METHOD

Align the left edge of the lower roller shaft with the edge of the bearing, and then secure the lower roller with the two two
set screws. At this time, make sure that one of the set screws is securely against the D cut section of the shaft.

Secure the drive pulley with the two set screws. At this time, secure the drive pulley so that one of the set screws is securely
against the D cut section of the shaft and so that there is no play in the axial direction.

Check that the timing belt is attached to the pulley in an appropriate position, and then while pulling the feed motor forward,
fully tighten the three screws shown in the illustration.
10. Turn the lower roller by hand and check that the nozzle lower roller and the feed motor pulley turn correctly.
11. Install the anti-entanglement plate, the cloth plate and the top cover.

Adjust the position of the anti-entanglement plate while referring to "12.2 Adjusting the anti-entanglement plates".
