3. While pressing the GLUE ON/OFF switch (3), depress
the treadle (4) to the position where glue is discharged
from the nozzle (2).
* Once glue starts to be discharged, it will continue to be
discharged even after you release the GLUE ON/OFF
switch (3).
* Check the positions of any discharge holes in the
nozzle (2) which are blocked.
4. Use a cloth or similar to wipe off any glue which is
adhering to the nozzle (2).
5. Turn off the power switch.
If you carry out the next operation while the
power switch is still turned on, the nozzle (2)
may move if the NOZZLE switch is pressed by
mistake, and injury may result.
6. Remove the screws (5) at the side of the nozzle (2).
* Remove the two screws.
7. Insert the nozzle cleaning pin 0.48 (6) into the discharge
holes of the nozzle (2) to remove any blockages from the
discharge holes in the nozzle (2).
NOTE:
In order to prevent the glue from solidifying, clean the nozzle
within 10 minutes after turning off the power, and then turn the
power switch back on and discharge the glue.
