Preparation:
 Use the fine perforated disc () to prepare the minced meat with the mincer.
 Use the coarse grate vegetable cutter insert () to prepare the breadcrumbs from dry
bread.
 Use the coarse grate vegetable cutter insert () to chop the onion and garlic.
 Place the prepared ingredients, excluding the breadcrumbs, into a bowl and add the
remaining ingredients.
 Combine the ingredients until a smooth mixture is formed.
 Shape approx.  tbsp of the mixture to form a meatball. To make shaping easier, sprin-
kle breadcrumbs into the mixture. Press and flatten the meatball slightly.
 Sear the meatballs in a non-stick pan first, then cook the meatballs over a medium to
low heat for approx. – minutes until done. Turn the meatballs approx. – times
during cooking.
