Message
WARMING UP Printer is not yet ready to operate. It is performing an initial power up check or the fuser unit is warming up to
operating temperature.
NOT READY Printer is not ready to print data. Press Online on the printer operator panel.
COVER OPEN Printer cover is open. Close the cover to clear the alert.
NO TONER Toner cartridge is not installed, or is improperly installed. Reinstall the toner cartridge properly.
CARTRIDGE
LOW ON TONER Toner cartridge is almost empty, however, printing will continue. Try redistributing the toner. If message continues,
install new toner cartridge.
NO CASSETTE
Paper cassette is not installed correctly. Reinstall the specified cassette correctly to clear the alert. If optional cassettes
<-, 1, 2, 3>
are installed, cassettes are numbered as 1, 2, or 3. Cassette 1 is the uppermost cassette, cassette 3 is the lowest.
PAPER OUT
Paper cassette is empty. If optional cassettes are installed, cassettes are numbered as 1, 2, or 3. Cassette 1 is the top
