1. Park machine on a level surface, lower cutting deck,
stop engine, engage parking brake and remove key
from the ignition switch.
2. Loosen but do not remove lock nut (item 20) that se-
cures wheel hub to wheel motor. Also loosen wheel lug
nuts.
