7.6.2.2 Serial
Test equipment: Loop back device.
Purpose: Verify the UART function.
Test Method: Plug the loop back device into the Pocket PC and then execute this item, display the Serial test:
Pass or Fail on the bottom.
--- Provide for serial test as below
1. If test is OK, system will show "Pass" on message display area
2. If test is failed, system will show "Fail" on message display area
7.6.2.3 USB
Test equipment: A host PC connected with Pocket PC through USB.
Purpose: Verity "Read/Write from pipes" function
Test Method: Use USB cable connect PDA with PC, start the USB test program on PC, then enter the USB test
function which will receive the data transmitted by udc on PDA automatically and compare the transmit data with
received data.
--- Provide for USB test as below:
If you transmit data successfully, you will see the result on Pocket PC's screen and press any key to continue; else
if you don't transmit data back, it will report error till timeout.
