A.3.4 Assemblies in rack P7LC
Check in the configuration file (View / Display hardware settings only / Modules and
assemblies in rack P7LC) if the number and type of boards corresponds to the hardware.
The number of O4LE and G4AI boards depend on the entries made in the dialog box
Configuration / Services. The presence of absence of the Rx filter P4RX and of the alarm unit
R1BC are declared in the dialog box Configuration / System / Equipment settings / Assemblies
in rack P7LC.
Check if all interface boards O4LE and G4AI are inserted at the correct position in the channel rack
as given by the list (View / Display hardware settings only / Modules and assemblies in rack
P7LC).
A.3.5 Check presence of spare plates in rack P7LC.
The front of the rack should be completely covered. Check if all spare plates are present.
A.4 Settings for basic equipment ETL640/680
A.4.1 Power amplifier P1LA
Put the wire bridges on P1LA as specified by the configuration file (View / Display hardware
settings only).
A.4.2 Settings for B5LC, if present
In case of AC supply: Check required jumpers and fuses, located inside of B5LC, referring to
document 1KHL015788.

A.4.3 Settings for RF hybrid P3LE
Set the jumpers on P3LE as given in the configuration file (View / Display hardware settings
only).
Also put the jumpers for standard tuning of P3LE.
A.5 Settings for alarm unit R1BC, if present
Set the jumpers on R1BC as given in the configuration file (View / Display hardware settings
only).
A.6 Settings for NSD600 interface G4AI, if present
Set the jumpers for each G4AI module as listed in the configuration file (View / Display hardware
settings only). For access to the jumper plugs, remove the cover of G4AI at the component side.

Set the jumpers for each G4AI module as listed under "Tripping of the inputs" in the configuration
file (View / Display hardware settings only).
A.6.2 Nominal input voltage
Set the jumpers for each G4AI module as listed under "Nominal input voltage" in the configuration

A.6.3 Relay contacts
Set the jumpers for each G4AI module as listed under "Relay contacts" in the configuration file
(View / Display hardware settings only).

power supply polarity. Also check the voltage source for the power supply.
