1.8 Outstation unsolicited
response support
1.8.3 Unsolicited response confirmation time-out: This is the amount of time that the outstation will wait for an application layer confirmation
back from the master indicating that the master received the unsolicited response message. As a minimum, the range of configurable values
must include times from one second to one minute. This parameter may be the same one that is used for normal, solicited, application
confirmation time-outs, or it may be a separate parameter.
1.8.4 Number of Unsolicited Retries: This is the number of retries that an outstation transmits in each unsolicited response series if it does not
receive confirmation back from the master. The configured value includes identical and regenerated retry messages. One of the choices must
provide for an indefinite (and potentially infinite) number of transmissions.
