Select one from a list of the access target CPU names set in [Access
target CPU settings].
Set device name.
Select the data type of sampling data.
Set a character string length when [String] is selected for [Data type].

Set whether to perform statistical processing or not.
Displays a CPU name.

Displays a data type.
When [Perform statistical processing] is set, displays the type of statistical
processing.
When [Array setting] is set, displays the device range of array No.n.

If this is clicked, the device range of the first array is displayed in [Device
