The level status of WAKEUP_IN signal is high by default.

3.4.5 WAKEUP_OUT Signal

The WAKEUP_OUT signal is used to wake up the external system.
WAKEUP_OUT signal is low by default. When a phone call or an SMS is coming, the
MU509 module will output a high pulse which lasts for 1s.
Within the duration of the high pulse, if a new phone call or an SMS is coming, the
MU509 module will output the high pulse over again.
