Manual cook mode
Keep warm
For keep warm mode, the heating element at the top
and concealed element at the bottom of the oven
cavity are activated. You can use this function for
keeping food warm until ready to serve. In this mode,
a selectable temperature from 40 to 100 degrees C
can be set. The duration of this function can also be set.
Warming dishes
Warming dishes mode is used to keep dishes warm
evenly. In this operating mode, the system uses the
Convection heating element and fan located at the
back of the oven to circulate warm air. A selectable
temperature from 40 to 100 degrees C can be set.
The duration of this function can also be set. Please ensure that the
dishes are oven compatible.
Note: During cooking, baking or roasting, if you leave the door open
for more than 10 minutes, all settings are cancelled.
