2 Brush beef with oil or melted butter, season as desired. Put
beef in open dish and insert into oven. When oven beeps,
add a big cup of hot water and cover with lid.After cooking,
allow to rest covered with foil for 10 minutes. Use generated
juice for gravy or sauce.
3 Brush spare ribs with oil, season as desired and place onto
deep pan with grill tray. Insert into oven. When oven beeps,
turn food over.

and insert into oven. When oven beeps, remove lid. After
cooking, allow to rest covered with foil for 10 minutes. Use
