Enter the natural frequency for control output filters 1...2 (PT2 low-pass) in the
velocity controller.
The filters are activated in MD 5200: NUM_OUTPUT_VCTRL_FILTERS and
MD 5201: OUTPUT_VCTRL_FILTER_CONFIG.
