Error status #20 The machine does not stop at the needle up stop position. ("UP" is frequently displayed after sewing)

1. Incorrect adjustment

Error status #21 SD card read/write mode cannot be activated.
Probable causes
1. If "E420" is displayed, the SD card
is incorrectly inserted.
2. If "E420" is displayed, the SD card
is incorrectly formatted.
3. Malfunction of SD card
4. Malfunction of operation panel

Adjust while referring to "11-18. Adjusting the
home position".

a. Check the direction of insertion of the SD
card.
(Insert the card so that it matches the direction
of the pattern on the card cover.)
b. Check the insertion of the SD card.

can be read.
