Maintenance
6.1
Introduction
This section addresses the procedures to be adopted for Preventive, Periodic, Corrective
Maintenance routines in order to ensure the life of the TV Transmitter.
The Transmitter must only be opened by authorized service personnel who have received
adequate training to perform maintenance on this type of equipment. Failure to comply with
what has been mentioned above may result in loss of warranty.
IMPORTANT:
1. The life expectancy depends on the operating conditions of the equipment.
2. Temperature controlled environments increase the life expectancy of components.
3. On semiannual inspections, if there is abnormal noise or vibration of the 3-fan module located
on the front of the power drawer, it is recommended to replace it.
6.2
