MESSAGE MANAGER MODE SETTINGS (Only for FAX 1030 Plus)
WARNING!
There are some fax machines which, having completely received the MEMORY STATUS
LIST from your fax machine, will give an audible "HANDSET UP" or similar alarm, if you
keep the line held in readiness for the next command.
In such cases, it may be possible to clear the alarm and enter the next command (e.g. "962"
for the RETRIEVE), by pressing the Stop once or twice on the receiving machine during the
alarm beeping time. If this doesn't work, simply replace the handset, pause, and redial the
call, using then the "962" command after your fax machine answers and accepts your
remote access code.

H) MEMO MANAGER

Memo Manager

This function can help you manage your work schedule. With this function, you can record
your schedule of events for the following week on your fax machine and have your fax
machine alert you at scheduled times. The fax machine will play a recorded voice message
(which you store) to remind you of your appointment or schedule. For each appointment
reminder, you record a voice message and key in the date and time you wish the message to
be played. When the set time comes you will hear the message played back on the fax
machine. It's a great tool for keeping important appointments.

Setting the Memo Manager

You can start setting your Memo Manager by pressing Menu and Record. You need to
enter 3 pieces of information for setting the Memo Manager : 1) day, 2) time, and 3) voice
message. To record a voice message, speak into the microphone. You can set up to one
week's worth of Memo Manager messages.
KEYS TO PRESS
1. Press Menu.
2. Press Record when the LCD
shows:
"ENTER NO. & SET".
3. Wait for 2 seconds.
