Procedure, measuring location, criteria, and remarks
1. Turn starting switch to OFF position.
Continuity Between terminals R01 and R02
1. Turn starting switch to OFF position.
2. Turn battery disconnect switch to OFF position (to prevent short
circuit during work).
3. Disconnect terminals R01 and R02, and disconnect connectors D01,
H15, and CP02.
Between terminal R02 (BR) and ground
Resis- Between ground and terminal CP02 (female)
tance (108), R02 (harness side), D01 (female) (1) or
(2)
If no failure is found by above checks, pump controller is defective.
Reference
1. Turn starting switch to OFF position.
2. Insert T-adapters into connector D01.
3. Turn starting switch to ON position.
4. Measure voltage within 0.5 second after turning staring switch to
OFF position from ON position.
