This chapter describes how to diagnose and troubleshoot endpoint faults.

11.1 Fault Diagnosis

The endpoint supports the following diagnosis methods: sound and color bar tests, loopback
tests, network tests, one-click diagnosis, signaling diagnosis, and tracert.

11.1.1 Fault Diagnosis Model

Figure 11-1 shows the diagnosis model for your endpoint.

network module.
