COMMUNICATION TIME OUT
Is the time for step 1 of the LED pattern you have selected for irradiation in
Model Setup set to 0 seconds?
→If the time is set to 0 seconds, the system will exit without performing
irradiation.
Measures to Take in Response to Warning Messages
If a temperature warning is displayed, continuing as-is could shorten the
lifetime of the system. Additionally, if the temperature exceeds the
maximum level, the system could perform an error interrupt.
→Use the product with lowered intensity (light modulation ratio) or improve
the LED head's heat release.
A time warning appears 30 hours before the configured LED replacement
time. If the LED irradiates until the remaining time displayed elapses, the
system will perform an error interrupt.
→Please prepare an LED head. After replacing the LED, go into the Data
area, and clear the cumulative irradiation time and cumulative number of
irradiations for the replaced LED.
Measures to Take in Response to Errors
There could be a disconnection in the connection cable or LED head.
→After resetting the error, from the menu, switch to the Auto screen, and
check the connection of the LED number in which the error occurred. If
the display says the LED is not connected, check the connections of the
connection cable and LED head, and replace as necessary.
The maximum temperature of the LED has been exceeded.
After resetting the error, use the product with lowered intensity (light
modulation ratio) or improve the LED head's heat release.
The time has come to replace the configured LED (alternately, if an LED
replacement time has been set, it is possible that it was set to a shorter
time than the LED's cumulative time).
→After resetting the error, replace the LED head. After replacing the LED,
go into the Data area, and clear the cumulative irradiation time and
cumulative number of irradiations for the replaced LED (alternately, reset
the LED time to a correct value from the menu's Data screen).
An emergency stop has been performed during auto LED irradiation.
After resetting the error, restart irradiation.
The emergency-stop contact has been opened during auto LED
irradiation.
→Check the emergency-stop contact and/or the external input terminal.
After closing the contact, restart irradiation.
NB: Ordinarily, it is not possible to reset the system when the
emergency-stop contact is open. To force a reset, press and hold the
reset button until the contact is cleared.
An overcurrent was detected during LED irradiation. There could be a
short in the connection cable or LED head.
→After resetting the error, check the connections of the connection cable
and LED head, and replace as necessary.
The current flow has halted during auto-mode LED irradiation. There could
be a disconnection in the connection cable or LED head.
→After resetting the error, check the connections of the connection cable
and LED head, and replace as necessary.
An error has occurred while sending control data.
→After resetting the error, restart irradiation.
