Cause
The oil temperature is too high.
The operation speed is de-
creased and the tool is disabled.
The oil temperature is too low.
The operation speed is de-
creased and the tool is disabled.
The oil pressure is too high.

The hydraulic oil level is too low.
The pressure of the hydraulic oil
filter is too high.
Lost communication to the re-
mote control for more than 120s.
The motor temperature is too
high. The operation speed is de-
creased and the tool is disabled.

The remote control has fallen on
the ground. The product will ig-
nore the signals from the joy-
sticks.
The cable to cylinder 1 valve is
damaged.
Solution
Operate the product in idle mode
to cool down the oil. Clean the
hydraulic oil cooler and do a
check of the cooling fan.
1. Operate the product in idle
state.
2. Extend the outriggers. First
operate the caterpillar tracks
slowly and the more quickly.
3. Do a check of the settings for
the adjustable temperature
limit.
4. Do a check of the tempera-
ture sensor (T4) and the ca-
bles to the sensor.
5. Make sure that the hydraulic
oil grade, ISO VG, agree with
the operation temperature.
