Communication Period Setting
Set the basic cycle setting and multiple cycle setting.
• Basic cycle setting requires calculation of the communication cycle interval and cyclic transmission time. ( Page 526

• Multiple cycle setting is used when communication cycles coexist. ( Page 166 Communication cycles coexistence)

• When the TSN hub is used, set the timeslot information from the setting values in "Basic Period Setting".

• Set "Communication Period Setting" according to the communication cycle supported by the slave stations.

8.1 Parameter Settings for CC-Link IE TSN
Description
Select whether to set the basic cycle in increments of 1s.
Select the setting range of the communication cycle interval.

Enter a value of the communication cycle interval.

Necessary time for the system to guarantee the
communication cycle interval.
When "Communication Speed" of the master station is set to
100Mbps, select 200s.
Set the time to be allocated to cyclic transmission in
communication cycle intervals.
The value of "Communication Period Interval Setting" minus
"Cyclic Transmission Time" and "System Reservation Time"
is displayed.
Select the "Normal-Speed" cycle for a basic cycle.
Setting is not required and can be left as "4".
Select the "Low-Speed" cycle for a basic cycle.
