● Before delivery, the battery switch is set to AUTO and the system is in
automatic control state.
● Open the cover and flip the battery switch to MANUAL only when you need to
forcibly connect the battery supply. Flip the battery switch back to AUTO after
the commissioning.

9.1.3 Commissioning the TP48600B

Prerequisites
Context
The TTP48600B is an indoor telecom power system that converts AC power into
stable DC power and supplies power to –48 V communications equipment with a
maximum output current of 600 A.
Preparations
Tool: multimeter
Documents: documents delivered with the TP48600B, power supply and
distribution device layout diagram, power supply and distribution device initial
configuration table,
Skill requirement: power distribution engineer
Procedure
Step 1 Measure the input voltage on the AC input circuit breaker. The value should range
from 85 V AC to 300 V AC.
Step 2 Switch on the AC input circuit breaker and measure the output voltage on the AC
input circuit breaker. The value should range from 85 V AC to 300 V AC.
