Installing the assembly

To install the assembly, take the following steps:

1. Fit the ZSD to the plant using the fastening screws.

2. Install the hose connection from the outlet of the double diaphragm pump to the dosing

system.

3. Install the hose connection from the dosing system to the process filter return line.

4. Install the electrical connection of the ZSD.

5. Install the pneumatic connection of the ZSD.

6. Fill the plastic container with release agent up to the upper mark.

7. Place the plastic container onto the central lubrication unit.

8. Place the cover plate with the process filter onto the plastic container. Slide the plastic

container with the cover plate against the wall of the central lubrication unit. Attach the

plastic container unit to the central lubrication unit with the two quick-release clamps.

9. Switch on the plant's compressed air supply.

Before commissioning the assembly, the following points must be observed:

10. At the main switch (local switch), switch the ZSD to automatic mode (I) and allow the re-

lease agent circuit to be purged until fresh, clean release agent runs out of the return line.

11. If the reservoir has run dry, switch the central lubrication unit off again, remove the reser-

voir from the central lubrication unit and refill it with fresh release agent.
