IP Blocking
Enables/disables the IP address blocking feature, which limits the number of

failed login attempts from a specific IP address for a pre-selected time span.
IP Blocking Fail
Sets the number of login failures attempted from an IP address before the

login attempts are rejected. The range is from 2-16.
IP Blocking Fail
Determines the time span (in seconds) that IP Blocking Fail Count failures

must occur to trigger the IP Blocking Penalty Time. The range is from
10-65535 seconds.
IP Blocking
Sets the time span (in seconds) that login attempts from an IP address with
Penalty Time
excessive failures are rejected. The range is from 10-65535 seconds.
■ 5.7.3 Services Configuration
This section allows user to view the services parameters. With Administrator or
Operator privilege level, user can specify the Web GUI's attributes. Click the Apply
Changes button to execute the changes and restart the Web GUI server.
The following steps will show how to configure Network Security from WebGUI:
Step 1.
Log in to the LOM as Administrator to reach the WebGUI.
Step 2.
From the Event Management tab, select Services.
User will see the Services Configuration page screen as Fig. 5.7.4. In this page, user can
configure the relative parameter of LOM Web GUI service. The detail description of
Network Security field will show in Table 5.7.3.
