Enable to enforce POR restrictions for frequency and voltage programming.

Displays memory topology with Dimm population information. Each socket has 2 Nodes/iMC's (numbered
from 0-7),each node supports up to 2 channels(0&1) and 3 DIMM's per channel(0,1&2) on EP platforms.
