■ 5.4.4 Logging In and Out of the WebGUI
The LOM boots automatically when the server is cabled appropriately and plugged in to
an AC supply, the booting time is usually within one minute. The default Ethernet
configuration is static IP Address. However, if the management Ethernet is not connected or
the LOM's Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) process fails due to the absence of
a DHCP server on the management network, the LOM might take a few minutes to boot. If
user is using browser proxy server, please disable it. After that, accessing to the
management network might response faster.
When users want to refresh the information like sensor reading on Web pages or want
to logout from the Web page. Please use the Refresh or Log Out buttons provided at the
top right of the WebGUI window. Please Do not use the Refresh or Close window buttons
in Internet web browser.
The following steps will show how to login and logout the WebGUI:
Step 1. To log in to the WebGUI, user needs to type the IP address of the LOM into web browser.

User will see the security alert message as Fig. 5.4.1-1 first, press "Yes" to
continue. After that, user will see WebGUI login screen as Fig. 5.4.1-2.
