4.4.5.1 Memory RAS Configuration
RAS Mode
Enable / Disable RAS modes. Enabling Sparing and Mirroring is not supported. Incase if enabled, Sparing
will be selected.
Memory Rank Sparing
Enable / Disable Memory Rank Sparing.
Patrol Scrub
Enable / Disable Patrol Scrub.
Patrol Scrub Interval
Selects the number of hours (1-24) required to complete full scrub. A value of zero means auto!
Demand Scrub
Enable/Disable Demand Scrub.
Device Tagging
Enable/Disable Device Tagging.
