7.9 Extinguishant Abort Button

If a fire occurs in the pre-fab. module, the extinguishant control panel drives the
electrical actuator to start the fire extinguisher to release the extinguishant.
During the delay period, if onsite personnel confirm that there is no fire in the
protected area, they can press the abort button immediately to interrupt the
extinguishant release delay and disable the extinguishant release drive signal
output to prevent extinguishant release.
