Monthly Maintenance)
Export the logs and
alarms of smart cooling
products as well as the
running status and time
data of fans, electric
heaters, and wet film
humidifiers from the
monitoring system. View
the historical alarms
generated in this quarter
and select the five most
common ones. (If no
monitoring system is
available, skip this one.)
Check that no cable is
aged.
Check that the pressure
inlet tube is not blocked
or over-bent.
Check that the cables to
the differential pressure
switch are securely
connected.
Check that the cables to
the water detection
module are securely
connected.
Check that the thermal
insulation foam on the
chilled water pipes is
intact.
Check that the pipe base
is intact and securely
installed.
Check that pipes do not
leak.
Check that the drainpipe
is free from leakage and
blockage.

Troubleshooting
Locate the cause or contact technical
support.
Replace cables if necessary.
Reinstall the pressure inlet tube.
Reconnect the cables.
Connect the cables securely.
Rewrap the thermal insulation foam.
Secure the base.
Close the water inlet stop valve and
rectify the linkage point.
If the drainpipe leaks, rectify the
leakage point. If the drainpipe is
blocked, clear the blockage inside
the pipe.
