Symptom
The fan fails to
start.
Northbound
communication is
abnormal.
The T/H sensor
cannot detect the
humidity and
temperature.
Condensate water
exists on the
panel surface.
The temperature
control function
of the equipment
does not work
properly.
Issue 02 (2022-03-30)
Possible Cause
The general circuit
breaker or indoor fan
circuit breaker is not
switched on.
The fan is damaged.
The northbound
communications cable is
incorrectly connected.
The settings on the
display module are
incorrect.
The T/H sensor is faulty.
The communications
cable to the T/H module
is incorrectly connected.
The ambient humidity is
too high.
The temperature
setpoint is low.
The valve plug of the
chilled water valve is
reversely installed.
The chilled water valve
is stuck and cannot be
adjusted.
The temperature and
humidity setpoints are
inappropriate.
An alarm is generated,
indicating that the
equipment shuts down
due to water overflow
or no cooling capacity
output.

6 Maintenance
Troubleshooting
Check that the general circuit
breaker and indoor fan circuit
breaker are switched on.
Replace the fan.
Check that the northbound
communications cable is
connected to the northbound
COM port on the main control
module.
Ensure that the corresponding
T/H sensor is enabled on the
display module.
If the T/H sensor still cannot
detect the temperature and
humidity after the sensor is
enabled, replace the sensor in
time.
Check whether a northbound
communications cable is
incorrectly connected to the T/H
sensor RS485/12V port on the
front panel of the main control
module.
Enhance the air tightness of the
equipment room.
Adjust the temperature and
humidity setpoints.
Check that the chilled water
valve plug is correctly installed.
Replace the chilled water valve.
Adjust the temperature and
humidity setpoints.
Check the alarm causes and
clear the alarms manually after
rectifying the faults.
