Symptom
Water leaks from
the bottom of the
equipment.
The draining
capability of the
equipment
significantly
decreases.
The air filter is
blocked.
The pressure
difference cannot
be controlled.

Possible Cause
The actuator is faulty or
the cable connection is
incorrect.
Thermal insulation pipes
inside the equipment
are broken.
The condensate
drainpipe is blocked.
The pipes leak.
The water inlet solenoid
valve cannot be closed.
The drainpipe is over-
bent or a water trap
exists.
The air filter has been
used for too long and
become dusty.
The differential pressure
switch is faulty.
The differential pressure
sensor is faulty.
The pressure inlet tube
is blocked or over-bent.

6 Maintenance
Troubleshooting
Replace the actuator or
reconnect the cable.
Check whether thermal
insulation pipes inside the
equipment are securely installed
and repair the damaged thermal
insulation pipes.
Check that the drainpipe is not
bent by a large angle and the
automatic drainage connector is
not loose.
Check the pipes, and weld them
or fasten the related nuts if the
pipes leak.
Replace the water inlet solenoid
valve.
Check that the drainpipe is not
bent by a large angle and no
water trap exists. Check that the
height difference for drainage is
sufficient.
Replace the air filter.
Replace the differential pressure
switch.
Replace the differential pressure
sensor.
Replace the pressure inlet tube
or route the pipe again.
