12. Setting Password Lock
Central Station EX can have password set for each respective control item in addition to password for
restricting users who have access to detail setting window. This section provides window for setting
password for showing windows and control items.
12.1 Setting Password
Password can be set for following items.
Password Item
Password for indoor unit control
Password for outdoor unit control
Password for switching limitation
on operation
Operation invalid time password
Password for schedule window
Password for basic setting
window
Password for detail setting
window
Password for usage history
window
Password for history window
Password for showing energy
calculation window
Password for setting energy
calculation
NOTE:

If any of the password are to be set active, it is recommended to set password for detail setting window
because all passwords can be changed/edited on detail setting window.
●
Passwords set in this section are also applied to Remote Access software except for Operation invalid
time password.

limitation" in "Register name for monitoring target" window.
Use this password to restrict users who have access to all operations after specifi ed
expiration time.

Use this password to restrict users who have authority to show detail setting window.
The default password is "2468".
