6.8.22 Replacing a Mixed-flow Fan

Context
If a mixed-flow fan is faulty and cannot be repaired during maintenance, power it
off and replace it.
The JUPITER-9000K-H1 is configured with two mixed-flow fans, but the
JUPITER-(3000K,6000K)-H1 is not configured with mixed-flow fans.
