Copy from Detail Entry

To copy an entry from the detail entry screen,

Press BOOK to display the preferred phonebook.
Highlight and select the desired entry
Press MENU (Options Menu) and 5 to display the Copy menu.
Select the phonebook type destination to copy the entry.
The next available location number for the destination phonebook displays. Input he
preferred location number and press Select.

Deleting Entries

From Phonebook List

To delete phonebook entries from a phonebook list,

Press BOOK to display the preferred phonebook list.
To delete a single entry in a phonebook list, highlight the entry to be deleted. Press MENU
(Options Menu), 5, and 1. A decision screen displays.
To delete all entries in a phonebook list, press MENU (Options Menu), 5, and 2. A decision
screen displays.
Press Softkey 1 (Yes) to continue the deletion and return to the phonebook list.

From Entry Details

To delete a single phonebook entry from the entry details screen,

Press BOOK to display the preferred phonebook list.
Highlight and select the entry to display in entry details screen.
Press MENU (Options Menu) and 7. A decision screen displays, "Entry name Delete this
entry?"
Press Softkey 1 (Yes) to continue the deletion and return to the phonebook list.
