ToDo Options Menu

This options menu applies to the Public task list, Private task list, and All task list. Specific tasks
may be completed through the Options menu.
To display the Options menu,

Highlight task in the ToDo task list.
Press MENU (Options Menu) to display the Options menu and select the option number of
the desired function.
The following list describes the menu options that display.
(1) Add new
(2) Edit
(3) Delete
(4) Display filter
(5) Sort list
(6)View summary
(7) IR send
Add a new task.
Edit/change a highlighted task.
1. Delete the selected/highlighted task.
2. Delete all Public tasks: (1) All or (2) All completed.
3. Delete all Private tasks: (1) All or (2) All completed.
4. Delete all Public and Private tasks.
Set the type of filter:
1. None to list all tasks (unfinished and completed) on the task list.
2. Incomplete to list only unfinished tasks in the task list.
3. Completed to list only completed tasks in the task list.
Select the sort method to arrange the task list:
1. Due date (due date order)
2. Category (Business, Personal, and Other order)
3. Priority (High, Normal, and Low order)
4. Status (Incomplete and Complete order)
Display the number of tasks and the number of tasks that may be
added.
Send the highlighted task's data through the IR port to another
InfraRed device or wireless phone.
Depending on the task
conditions, some options
may be disabled (grayed
out).
