Task Details
To view the task details,

Highlight and select a task in the selected task list to display the ToDo Details screen.
Press the Left navigation key to display the previous ToDo task. Press the Right navigation
key to display the next ToDo task.
To edit a task from the Details screen,

Press Softkey 1 (Edit) to display the ToDo Edit screen. Continue with the Adding/Editing
instructions below.
When a task is finished,

Press Softkey 2 (Complete) to mark the task as completed without going to the Edit screen.

Adding/Editing a Task

Input the following information for a new task or change the information to edit a task. The
current date displays in the Start date and Due date fields. You may change these to preferred
dates.

To change the Start date, highlight and select the Start date field. Input the preferred day,
month, and year to start the task and press Softkey 1 (OK).
To change the Due date, highlight and select the Due date field. Input the preferred time to
finish a task (same day, next day, week later, or choose a date). For the Choose date
option, input the preferred day, month and year to finish the task. Press Softkey 1 (OK).
Highlight and input the task description and press Select.
Highlight the Category field. Press Left or Right navigation to cycle the category options
(Business, Personal, or Other).
Highlight the Priority field. Press Left or Right navigation to cycle the priority options
(Normal, Low, or High).
If a task has been finished, highlight and select the Completed check box.
If a task is private, highlight and select the Private check box.
Press Softkey 1 (OK) to save the new task or changes made to an existing task.

The Softkey 2 Complete
indicator displays on the
ToDo Details screen only
if the task status is
Incomplete. It does not
display if the task status is
Complete.
