Sending Message from Entry Details

Highlight a number type or Email address for the Phone entry.
Press MENU (Options Menu) and 2 to display the New Email screen.
Press Softkey 1 (Send).
If an Email address is highlighted, the Message type menu displays.
If a number type is highlighted, the Message type menu displays. Select the type of
message. The selected New SMS or New MMS screen displays.
Phonebook Summary
The Summary screen provides the total number of entries in Phone, SIM, FDN, own number,
voice mail, and voice tag.

Press BOOK to display any phonebook list.
Press MENU (Options Menu), 9, and 1 to display the Summary screen.
Voice Tags
A voice tag may be allocated to only 10 Phone entries. A voice tag cannot be allocated to SIM or
FDN phonebooks.
Displaying Voice Tag List

Press BOOK to display any phonebook list.
Press MENU (Options Menu), 9, and 2 to display the Voice tag list screen of Phone entries
with assigned voice tags.
Playing a Voice Tag

Highlight an entry in the Voice tag list.
Hold the wireless phone to your ear and press Select or press MENU (Options menu and 1
to play the voice tag.
