When the system is at default this Memory Block must be programmed for the feature to be used.

This feature cannot be used to relocate DSS Consoles because
consoles are not assigned station numbers. If Station Relocation is
performed for a station that has an associated DSS Console, the
station is relocated but not the DSS Console.
