MOH or Ring Back Tone for the outside party when a trunk call is
placed on hold by the Transfer key on a Dterm, or hook flash from a
Single Line Telephone, or the Transfer or Hold keys at a PHS station.

After transferring an answered call, the Multiline Terminal user can
enter a conference by pressing the Conference key on the Multiline
Terminal even after the Transfer key is pressed.
After transferring an answered call, the Single Line Telephone user
can enter a conference by providing a second hookflash.
