4.4 Power Cord Connection
When high-density drive enclosures are installed, fasten the power cord of the high-density drive enclo-
sure with the clamp belts to the flap brackets and the cable management arm on the rear of the device.

When No Power Distribution Units are Installed

The following procedure explains how to connect the power cords when no power distribution units are in-
stalled.
To help with power cord management and prevent incorrect connections, attach labels to the power cords
and make a note of connection origins and destinations.

Connect the power cord to the ETERNUS DX Disk storage system.

Connect the power cord plugs to the power inlets of the power supply units.
