<When a toner cartridge in use is inserted after "Replace Toner" is displayed
by toner sensor detection
A count value before changes is continuously indicated as a number of the rotation for the
develop roller. Irrespective of the amount of toner, printing becomes disabled when the
number of the rotation for the develop roller reaches the upper limit.

Page counter for each toner cartridge
Coverage for each toner cartridge
Developing bias voltage

Excluding a toner cartridge in use in which there is a little toner remained.

The developing bias voltage is reset to the initial setting once when a toner cartridge in use
is inserted.

• The discrimination between new and secondhand toner cartridges refers to the new
toner detection to be heretofore described.
