Night Service / Night Ring

Night Service reroutes calls after hours.
If you are an attendant or a supervisor, you may be able to press a key and put the system in the night mode. You would
typically activate the night mode after normal working hours, when most employees are unavailable to answer calls. For
example, your system may be set up to send calls to the security station at night.
Line Scheduling may be set up to automatically change your call routing and put your system in the night mode. Check with
your communications manager.
